Broad City's Ilana and Abbi Freaking Out Over Hillary Clinton Is Everything
No matter who you’re voting for on this Super Tuesday there’s no denying the hilarity in this Broad City clip that has Ilana and Abbi going bonkers for Hillary Clinton. With long-time Clinton portrayer Amy Poehler being one of Broad City’s executive producers it’s no real surprise that the former senator rom New York would make the Comedy Central series one of her pop culture stops of the campaign season.
Much ado has been already been made about how stoner, freedom fighter, label-eschewer Ilana would most likely be for Bernie Sanders, but Ilana’s also a strong proponent of powerful women. So regardless of who characters Ilana and Abbi, or the actresses (Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson) would actually vote for, this clip from Wednesday’s episode is pure comic gold, and we have the video and gifs to prove it!
And in case you needed to slow some of those glorious reaction shots down, here are the gifs!
Hillary's got a hell of a wink.
And the one to end all!
But the freaking out doesn't end there.
Now get out and vote, no matter who you're voting for (well, within reason).
