WATCH: ACLU Marriage Supercut Might Make You Cry

Same-sex love in pop culture through the years.


To celebrate the Supreme Court marriage equality case that started in April and is expected to have a decision this summer, the American Civil Liberties created this tear-jerking supercut of our favorite gay scenes in television through the years. From Longtime Companion to Orange is the New Black, this video has it covered. Best of all, it's set to our favorite summer-gay-dance-jam, "Closer" by Tegan and Sara. 

You might want to grab some tissues...we know these characters aren't real but boy are they cute.
