They may have taken a LOT of selfies, but they are also pretty selfless.

Apparently all you have to do to land a slot on Ellen DeGeneres’ show is to get into a selfie k-hole with your sorority sisters at a sporting event (this is not exactly all you have to do). A video of the “Selfie Girls” taking non-stop pics of themselves at an Arizona Diamondbacks game went viral last week, and of course the social media that ensued was pretty critical of the young women.  The young women were offered free Diamondbacks tickets, they decided to do a good thing with them, and they offered them to families at a domestic violence shelter. The “Selfie Girls” are also committed to promoting domestic violence awareness. Since they posted their donation link to help families in need they’ve raised over $3,000. You can just bet that Ellen has a little donation for them!
