Thirsty lesbians rejoice — because this news is killer.

When it comes to sapphic pop culture touchstones, it doesn’t get more touchy and feely than the Wachowski sisters’ 1996 queer neo-noir Bound. The pairing of Jennifer Tilly and Gina Gershon is still one of the hottest matchups ever to make it to the silver screen. It’s this white-hot chemistry that makes the news coming from the set of season two of Chucky so spine-tingling.

Syfy has confirmed via Twitter that the sophomore season of its hit (and oh-so-queer) horror series will feature appearances of Tilly’s Bound co-stars Gershon and Joe Pantoliano, giving us the reunion of our dreams. “The castings mark a number of firsts,” read the caption on an Instagram photo posted by series creator Don Mancini, including, “The first time Joe Pantoliano and Gina Gershon will have reunited on-screen with their Bound co-star since 1996.”

For those unfamiliar with Bound (first of all, it’s streaming on Amazon Prime Video, so what are you waiting for?) the film follows Violet (Tilly) and Corky (Gershon), lovers who enter into a plot to rip off the former’s mobster boyfriend (Pantoliano) and then escape to gayly live happily ever after using their plunder.

Also popping up in season two will be Tilly’s real-life sister Meg and best friend, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke. These castings also are noteworthy firsts, as it’s Stracke’s first-ever TV cameo and (shockingly) the first time the Tilly siblings have ever worked together on screen.

Chucky is set to return to Syfy and the USA network this fall, but one thing is clear already: Season two is shaping up to be a gay dream (or nightmare?) come true.
