Simonverse Stans, assemble, because we've got some seriously good news for you! Love, Victor just got renewed for a second season!

Yup, that's right! According to a recent announcement from the show's streaming platform Hulu, the Love, Simon spin-off/sequel series is getting yet another season to deliver us more of the angsty, dramatic, and loving feels we've grown so accustomed to seeing!

Starring Michael Cimino in the titular role, the series follows new Creekwood High student Victor Salazar as he navigates his dating life and trying to come out as gay to his conservative family a year after the events of the beloved Love, Simon film. Considering that the first season of the show (which premiered earlier this year) ended on a huge cliffhanger, it's good to know viewers won't be left dangling to see what becomes of Victor and his cute new boy toy Benji.

Or course, Victor's loyal stans were ecstatic at the news of the season 2 renewal (especially considering so many of our other fave queer TV shows, like Hulu's High Fidelity, have been getting the chop lately).

Even Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda (the novel that started the Love, Simon craze) author Becky Albertalli joined in on the social media celebrations for Love, Victor!

Expect Love, Victor season 2 sometime in the near future! And relive PRIDE's interview with Love, Victor star Michael Cimino below!
