Steve Harvey Shook After Family Feud Player Wrecks Heteronormativity
People are gay, Steve!
Steve Harvey received quite the surprise during a recent episode of Family Feud when he assumed a contestant's sexuality.
As he was gearing up to ask contestant Boone Makings what 100 married men had answered on a particular question, the two chatted about Makings' relationship status.
"You dating somebody?" asks Harvey.
"Yes," Makings replied.
"She looking pretty good?"
"Uh, he’s looking pretty good," Makings then snapped back. The audience erupts in cheers, eliciting a stunned look on Harvey's face.
"I can still answer, though," Makings laughs as Harvey gives the audience a blank stare.
"Yeah, there ain’t no problem," Harvey said. "Yeah, threw me, but I’m here."
It seems like there's a lesson here for Harvey....
According to NewNowNext, the Makings family went on to win $20,000.
