The news comes months before season two arrives on the streaming platform.

Netflix has officially renewed The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina for two more seasons!

The supernatural show, which just finished its first season and aired a bonus Christmas special, had already been promised a season two in its original show order from Netflix. Seasons three and four, which are being referred to as “parts three and four,” will contain an additional 16 episodes.

"Praise Satan! I’m so grateful to my partners at Warner Bros., Netflix, Berlanti Television and Archie Productions for supporting this darker vision of the world’s most famous teen witch," creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said. "And I’m thrilled to be continuing to tell Sabrina's chilling adventures with our incredible cast and crew, led by the unstoppable Kiernan Shipka.”

The renewal news comes not too long after a hiccup for the Archieverse show. The Satanic Temple filed a lawsuit accusing Sabrina of replicating their statue of Baphomet without permission. They ultimately settled out of court near the end of November, with details kept under wraps.

The news also comes after of a wave of cancelations of fan fave Netflix shows, including Luke Cage and Daredevil.

So breathe a sigh of relief, witches! Season two -- excuse me, part two -- of the series comes out on Netflix on April 5, 2019. And you can rest easy after whatever cliffhanger inevitably gets thrown at the end of it, knowing we’ve got another 16 episodes now guaranteed.
