Cultural and gay icon Dame Elizabeth Taylor has joined Twitter madness and become obsessed with the site. Taylor is already up to over 10,000 followers on Twitter and she's following 55, which are primarily AIDS-related tweeters and some celebrities including Joan Rivers, Demi Moore and Maria Shriver.
