A little show called ‘The Grammy Awards’ aired Sunday night and everybody was Tweeting about it! And while there were some strong performances including Jennifer Hudson, Florence Welch, Christina Aguilera and Yolanda Adams paying tribute to Aretha Franklin, Rihanna, Eminem busting it out and Gwyneth Paltrow proving her vocal chops with Cee Lo Green and a bunch of Muppets, nothing really quite caught our attention like P!nk’s aerial performance of "Glitter in the Air” at last year’s show. It got us thinking about some of our favorite performances from Grammy show’s gone by including Annie Lennox in drag, Melissa Etheridge and Joss Stone toasting Janis Joplin and Janet Jackson taking the world by storm in the late 80’s. Gaga, lesbian icon k.d. Lang, Sinead O'Connor and more...

Naya Rivera on the Future of 'Glee's' Favorite Lesbian Cheerleader

Glee’s fourth season has seen far too little of the fiercest lesbian Cheerio to ever stroll McKinley High’s hallowed halls, and the first time we really saw Santana this season, she was dumping her beloved Brittany to the collective heartache of viewers across the country. Now, Naya Rivera, the ultra-talented actress and vocalist who plays Santana, tells The Hollywood Reporter that “Santana is at a crossroads” following her break with Brittany (Heather Morris).

SheWired's Favorite Holiday Songs to Make the Yuletide Gay

From Kelly Clarkson’s “Grown Up Christmas List” to Tegan and Sara’s whimsical rendition of “The Chipmunk Song,” Gaga's filthy ditty and Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson’s original duet to time-honored classics including Eartha Kitt’s “Santa Baby” and the mother of all Christmas songs, Judy Garland’s “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” we’ve let ourselves indulge in holiday cheer and the spirit of the season… no matter what we celebrate. This is what happens when lesbians, young and -- a little-- older, compile a list. Also, Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, Tracy Chapman and Dolly Parton.
