There is a bit of a she said / he said situation happening between reps at a film festival in Spain and the Spanish based company responsible for distributing the Eva Longoria starrer Without Men over whether or not the distribution company scrubbed the film of its lesbian scenes.

Sandra Bullock is talking to lawyers and may be seeking a divorce. Jesse James is also allegedly looking for an attorney. It sounds like Bullock is going to do the right thing as rumors circulate that she is interviewing divorce lawyers after finding out her hubby was in bed with the tattooed home wrecker Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, who also had alleged lesbian affairs. Bullock has consulted divorce lawyers including Lance Spiegel who has handled divorces for Michael Jackson, Charlie Sheen and Heather Locklear.

First shown at San Diego ComicCon last weekend, the Veronica Mars movie sneak peek brings back all of our favorite characters, including Kristen Bell as the detective herself, Jason Dohring as Logan Echolls, Ryan Hansen as Dick Casablancas, and Enrico Colantoni as Keith Mars.

Organizers of the first Gay Pride Festival in China were told two of their events must be canceled. Officials warned owners of two venues, one planning to host a play and one screening a film, that they would encounter "severe consequences" should their plans not be called off. The orders came on the same day a state-run newspaper referred to the festival in Shanghai as being of "profound significance."

Lesbian fave Sandra Bullock reportedly moved out of the Southern California home she shares with husband Jesse James and abruptly cancelled a London premiere. Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee, a tattoo model,  said she had a months-long affair with James, 40, while Bullock, 45, was out of town filming "The Blind Side." In Touch Magazine released text messages between James and McGee that could be proof that the two were indeed having an affair.
