Samantha Ronson, the 33-year old DJ best known for her lesbian relationship with Lindsay Lohan, was arrested at 10:30 am Monday outside of Baker, CA for driving under the influence. According to a law enforcement officer, Ronson was driving 89 MPH through a 70 MPH zone in her black Porsche Targa.

The pair were on vacation in Honolulu when an officer harassed them for holding hands and kissing.

Ten women were arrested in Cameroon on suspicion of being lesbians and are facing charges of six months to five years in jail and a fine.

Michael Jackson arrived at a Los Angeles hospital by ambulance. According to reports, Jackson went into cardiac arrest. Paramedics in the ambulance administered CPR, TMZ reported Thursday afternoon. 

Kelly Killoren Bensimon, the former model and wife of famed photographer, Gilles Bensimon, was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly striking her man candy boyfriend, Nicholas Stefanov, who's claiming his, "injuries are worse than Rihanna's."

Thirteen activists calling for the repeal of "don't ask, don't tell" have been arrested for handcuffing themselves to the White House fence Monday afternoon. Among those arrested by the U.S. Park Police were former Army lieutenant Dan Choi and the Reverend Geoff Farrow, a Catholic priest who has spoken in favor of marriage equality. The group is calling on the Senate and president to act on a campaign promise, which has been repeatedly reiterated, to repeal the law barring gays and lesbians from serving openly in the military.

Members of the Bronx-based Latin King Goonies street gang allegedly went on a brutal gay bashing spree and sodomized a 17-year-old boy with the wooden handle of a toilet plunger, police said Friday. The New York Times City Room blog reports police arrested seven young members of the Goonies, ranging from 16 to 23 year olds, and charged them on account of a series of attacks on two teenagers and a 30-year-old man in an unoccupied apartment.

The Russian demonstrators were Tim Magomedor, Alexy Kiselev, Elizaveta Nikitina, Alexander Shiriaev, and Andzey Zayziev, all in their mid-20s.

At least nine people have been arrested in a demonstration at the San Diego county clerk's office Thursday while protesting the ninth circuit’s stay on Proposition 8. A crowd of at least 50 gathered at the office on the day gay and lesbian couples throughout the state would have been lining up to obtain their marriage licenses. Three were taken away from the office in plastic handcuffs with at least six others removed by authorities later.

The King of Pop Michael Jackson died of a heart attack at age 50 Thursday, according to a LA Times. Jackson, part of the iconic performing family, The Jacksons, was rushed to UCLA Medical Center after suffering from cardiac arrest. The pop superstar arrived at the hospital with no pulse and paramedics weren’t able to get it back, TMZ reported.
