What Does Safe Sex For Queer Women Look Like?

You probably weren't taught this in school.

If you're queer, chances are you had to learn about sex from a place other than school. There are lots of campaigns where a big focus is placed on safe sex for queer men, but often, little energy is spent on educating queer women. To help change this, a BuzzFeed Yellow video series entitled "In The Closet," with Jen and Niki (who both identify as lesbians), took on the topic of safe sex for women in a charming, hilarious, but also very important video.

Even if you think you know what you're doing, this video is still applicable, as it works to decrease the stigma in talking openly about safe sex, which is always something we should be thinking about.

Be sure to share this with anyone you think might need this resource (because we all know that schools are way behind when it comes to sex ed). And let us know your thoughts in the comments section and on Twitter!
