These lip syncs put the 'stay' in "shantay you stay."

There have been over eight seasons worth of lip syncs in the RuPaul's Drag Race series. Some have been bad, some have been good, and some have been great. But these lip syncs go beyond great. They earned that "Shantay you stay," and then did overtime.

Below are eight of the best lip syncs we've seen (so far):

7. Kandy Ho vs. Jaidynn Diore Fierce —The look of the night might have been Death Becomes Her, but they were giving us MAJOR life!

6. Trinity K. Bonet vs. Adore Delano — Both Adore and Trinity gave EVERYTHING, and the result was amazing.

5. Latrice Royale vs. Dida Ritz — Latrice captured the essence of the song and delivered one of the most powerful performances in the show's history.

4. Alyssa Edwards vs. Coco Montrese — There may never be a rivalry as good, nor a lip sync as hard to call as this one.

3. Dida Ritz vs. The Princess — It's truly not possible to do a list of great lip syncs without this classic that has earned its place in the drag hall of fame.

2. Alyssa Edwards vs. Roxxxy Andrews  Between wig reveals, heels breaking, and hair whips all over the stage, this lip sync truly was a battle, with each contestant giving 150 percent.

1. Kennedy Davenport vs. Katya  This was probably the most controversial lip sync in RuPaul's Drag Race herstory. But the reality is that this is exactly why Kennedy's fellow contestants revealed multiple times in Untucked that they did NOT want to lip sync against her.

Honorable mentions:

Manila Luzon vs. Delta Work

Jaidynn Diore Fierce vs. Max

Jinkx Monsoon vs. Detox

Tyra Sanchez vs. Raven

BenDeLaCreme vs. Darienne Lake
