After making us laugh, cry, sob, and smile earlier this year, Antoni, Bobby, Kamaro, Tan, and Jonathan Van Ness are headed back to our small screens to make this summer gorgeous.
In their exclusive interview with Entertainment Weekly, the Fab 5 discuss the success of the show, the message of love and positivity, and how Tan almost declined his role.
"I felt a lot of pressure. I hadn’t seen any people like me on TV before, and I definitely didn’t want to be the first one," he said. "I didn’t want that responsibility on my head."
Even more gorgeous, for the first time ever the Fab 5 will be making over a woman and a transgender man. Van Ness spoke a bit about the groundbreaking Queer Eye episode and his friend, Skyler.
“One of my closest friends is a trans man who is incredible. And a lot of my clients are trans women. So I am really hoping that we can do right by our trans brothers and sisters," he told EW. "[Skyler] is going through so much, so [it was important to be] gentle and respectful and not to be a queenie know-it-all dum-dum when you’re trying to be a loving person.”Queer Eye Season 2 premieres June 15 on Netflix!
