Celebrating Pride in Los Angeles!

This year, thousands of members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies ascended onto the Los Angeles State Historic Park for day one of LA Pride in the Park, one of the most sought-after and largest Official Pride concerts in the country. The multi-stage concert experience hosted by Christopher Street West Association (CSW) – the nonprofit that’s produced the iconic LA Pride celebration for more than 50 years – welcomed guests with pomp and circumstance to celebrate Pride month. Attendees were greeted with bursts of color that led them to a plethora of activations, F&B vendors, activities, dancing, and of course world-renowned performances.

Megan Thee Stallion, Friday night’s headliner on the Main Stage, shimmered head to toe in a crystal bodysuit. She performed her biggest hits including “Savage” and “Body.” The Grammy Award winner invited fans onto the stage for a dance-off and even joined in on the fun. She continued to keep the crowd electric as she moved across the stage while fans sang every lyric to her songs. She later delivered an inspiring speech about self-acceptance which fans praised. She concluded her performance with a powerful visual as she posed center stage with her dancers surrounding her, fists in the air as they stood in front of a giant screen that displayed the Pride flag.

Additional performances throughout the day on the Main Stage included Fletcher, Gigi Goode, the Scarlet Opera, G Flip, the Iconic House of Miyake-Mugler + Friends, among others.
