Our Favorite Protest Signs From LA Pride's #ResistMarch
In the continued spirit of resisting a bigoted presidential administration that is making every effort to take away as many rights and protections as they can from already marginalized communities, Los Angeles Pride decided to forgo the usual parade this year in favor of an event with a little more substance: the #ResistMarch.
Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of LA's iconic West Hollywood gayborhood to "march in unity with those who believe that America's strength is its diversity. Not just LGBTQ+ people but all Americans and dreamers will be wrapped in the Rainbow Flag and our unique, diverse, intersectional voices will come together in one harmonized proclamation."
And many of these marchers let their voices and political messages be known through their funny, thoughtful, and clever protest signs—here are some of our favorites!
