When should I come out? How do I come out and who do I tell first? Coming out is a personal journey and it's different for everyone. There's no wrong or right way to come out. The most important thing to do is to come out, but only do it when you're ready. 

If you know someone who's struggling in the closet, don't force them to come out. You may think you're helping them with the process, but you could be making it a lot worse. Just let the person come to their own terms about their sexuality, or else you could force them back into the closet. We have a few tips to share.
