MAGA is turning on itself as Dan Crenshaw threatens to 'kill' Tucker Carlson in hot mic moment

Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw is helping MAGA implode by getting caught on a hot mic threatening former Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
In an exchange with a journalist, while having his mic removed after being interviewed by conservative British news channel GB News, the camera was still rolling, and Crenshaw called Carlson “the worst person” and said he’d never met the right-wing pundit in person, Politico reports.
“If I ever meet him, I’ll f—king kill him,” the Texas congressman can be heard saying.
Before the candid moment, Crenshaw was critical of Carlson’s opposition to U.S. aid to Ukraine and said the political commentator and known conspiracy theorist “doesn’t know what he’s talking about.”
Carlson defender Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took to X (formerly Twitter) to ask Crenshaw if he had threatened her friend, to which he responded, “Lol, no.”
Steven Edginton, the journalist who interviewed Crenshaw, shared the now-deleted clip, writing on X that he “kept the receipts.”
Then, Carlson escalated things with a veiled threat himself. “Why don’t you come sit for an interview and we’ll see how you do? I’ll send you my address,” he wrote on X, noting that he tried to laugh the remark off, but Crenshaw just doubled down, saying, "No seriously, I would kill him”
MAGA seems to be divided about who’s side they are on, but the rest of the internet was popping popcorn and watching the MAGA fallout and taking the opportunity to roast both men. “Dan Crenshaw and Tucker Carlson are both reprehensible human beings, so…,” one person posted, while someone else wrote, “I don't condone violence but if Dan Crenshaw ever meets Tucker Carlson, I want that shit on video, in 4K, with subtitles, and a goddamn bag of popcorn.”
