Ladies and gents, meet Chris Mazdzer.

He's a member of Team USA...

...and an expert luger.

In fact, he just won a silver medal for men's singles luge at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, the first in American history.

Oh yeah, did we also mention he's dreamy as hell.

'Cuz yeah. He is.

Anyways, judging by his Instagram page, Chris also loves to work out get and sweaty in the gym.

And lift weights (shirtless, of course).

We're talking lots of weights.

He also loves the outdoors.

And swimming nearly naked in frigid, cold waters. (Casual, right?)

Not that we're complaining or anything...

Yeah, we're totally not complaining.

Long story short, Chris is the reason we're suddenly super duper into luge.
