Since I still refuse to discuss the incident-which-shall-not-be-named, we’re going to talk about one of the best things about Poussey: she makes a perfect first girlfriend.
Entering into your first queer relationship is a pretty major deal. It’s scary and exciting and there’s so much to learn, from new terms to new norms. But a girlfriend like Poussey makes the journey a perfect one, one that is thrilling instead of terrifying, one where judgment doesn’t exist, leaving room for nothing but love.
