PRIDE NEWSLETTER - 1/24/25

Hi Fam 🌈

The GayVNs gave us a reason to celebrate this week!

Some weeks are easier than others to find our queer joy. To say this week has been a bit of a mixed bag is the ultimate understatement. On the one hand, everything coming out of Washington DC had us enraged, but here’s the real tea: We are not going back and this week’s GayVN Awards in all its unapologetic queerness is a good reminder that we have nothing to hide and nothing to be ashamed of. We are here, queer, and sexy AF.

PRIDE was on the red carpet for them and caught up with some of the big winners and fan faves, including Joey Mills and Dom King.

We also reveled in the subversive art of drag chatting with Lucky Starzzz and Kim Chi, while Lexi Love reminded us all why visibility is literally life-saving by opening up about her HIV status.

Adam Lambert also buoyed our spirits by shutting down anti-semitism from the stage and our fam got a new member with Brianna Chickenfry coming out.

What a week!

Plus, check out what the staff of PRIDE have been up to this week below! ⬇️

Cheers ❤️

PRIDE ON OUR SCREENS 👀

Presence; Harlem; Kristen Stewart

Here’s what we’re watching, listening, and vibing to this weekend!

🎥 Film: Presence

We love a good haunted house tale and this one by Steven Soderbergh is told from the perspective of the ghosts themselves. It also stars newly out Julia Fox and forever Sapphic fave Lucy Liu.

📺 Stream & Chill: Harlem (Season 3)

After leaving us on that baby cliffhanger last season the girlies of Harlem are back for season 3! Honestly, we're just here for the Tye of it all, swoon.

🎧 In Our Ears: “Who Laughs Last” by Lord Huron feat. Kristen Stewart

We love a pop bop as much as the next gay, but sometimes we just wanna vibe out. This week Lord Huron dropped the video for ‘Who Laughs Last’ that has us hypnotized and both stars and features spoken word by the Kristen Stewart.

THIS IS WHAT PRIDE LOOKS LIKE ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
