You know what they say about karma?
Some homophobic boaters experienced that the hard way in TikTok that has gone viral. Posted by uhohbigboi from Moses Lake in Washington, the video shows a boat circling around another boat with Pride flags on board, heckling, and firing off the middle finger. The video cuts and the bullies promptly get what's coming to them after they've seemingly crashed, their boat engulfed in flames. You can see the homophobes stranded in the water, scrambling for help from the boat they were initially harassing.
"Karma hits boaters who harassed and spun circles around our boat after they saw our pride flags," reads the video caption. "We got them out of the water safely. We were nicer that they were."
The same boaters shared photos from the incident on Twitter as well. @retro_ushi_, who identifies as transgender and queer, posted "These people harassed my family because we were flying gay pride flags in Moses Lake Washington, by racing around us and shouting gay slurs. Then, their boat literally blew up!"
The video has gone viral, racking up millions of views across the web. According to Out, "the boat caught fire because they were driving around us so roughly, they either damaged their carburetor or took in water and stalled and then the accumulated fumes ignited when they tried to take off at a high rate of speed." There were also injuries reported at the scene.
Though that still didn't prevent the boaters from being inconsiderate. In another tweet, the Pride boaters revealed that one of the rescued passengers "pulled out his vape he managed to rescue and smoke on our boat of asthmatics" while another "sat on the end of the boat because he's embarrassed he literally shit his pants out of fear."
