When the lesbians in Los Angeles think of Here Lounge, we think of the sexy, scantily clad "Truck Stop Girls" dancing and giving lap dances at the super sexily staffed bar.
But cut to Tuesday August 30th (It’s not only my dodgeball team's playoff night; go SYTYCD! Ok, done with my shameless promotion.). On that night, Twisted and Live Music Sessions will be putting on a event that not only seems like an amazing place to meet your hot new wife, but all proceeds will benefit The Trevor Project, an organization that exists to intervene during crises, they are the leading effort in suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual , transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.
Together with Here Lounge, Twisted promises an event that features music, interviews and hot Celesbian hosts. The girls are going to be taping the event and posting it on Youtube as part of their monthly webisode series, which they hope to expand to other states soon to cover the nation in gay rights. Sounds good to me.
The Twisted family is made up of young West Hollywood individuals that pride themselves on being majorly into gay rights and getting people to hear their voice by coming up with creative, witty, and groundbreaking projects. Twisted and Live Music’s sessions are headed by two accomplished artists/activists, Courtney Caron and Yasmine Abeydeera.
