Lots of LGBTQ+ artists and allies have released new songs and albums on this historic date where we observe Beyoncé’s Renaissance. Though it’s hard to compete with Queen Bey herself, several great new projects were released today to end the month of July on the highest of notes.
Recent weeks have featured exciting new releases from RuPaul’s Drag Race stars like Priyanka, Trinity The Tuck, and Tia Kofi. In addition, LGBTQ+ artists like Saucy Santana, Demi Lovato, Steve Lacy, Betty Who, Fletcher, G Flip, Omar Apollo, NoSo, Oliver Sim, and Gia Woods have also kept music vibrant and exciting.
From Hayley Kiyoko’s PANORAMA to DOMi & JD BECK’s NOT TiGHT to Maggie Rogers’ Surrender, this week has an endless list of great new music for queer people to listen to over the weekend. These new songs can surely make you think, cry, laugh, dance, enjoy with friends, listen to by yourself, and/or play at a party. No matter what, though, this list of songs will move you to feel all the feelings – which is all that we can ask from great musicians.
Scroll through to check out this week’s best new releases in music when it comes to LGBTQ+ artists and allies.
