Halsey is super thankful to have the support of their fans!

According to a report from Teen Vogue, over the weekend, the 26-year old singer-songwriter and parent-to-be quietly and casually updated both their Twitter and Instagram bios to include their pronouns, which are she and they. After many of their fans took notice and showed them major love, they took to Instagram stories to share a simple thank you message and express gratitude for the support they've received!

Though it seems like just a simple act, Halsey (who is one of pop music's biggest names at the moment) has a huge, worldwide platform, and them being so open and honest about their gender identity is still something that can have a huge impact on many people who want to feel represented and seen.

The Grammy nominee has been having what looks to be a great year so far!

Back in January, the "Without Me" singer also took to Instagram to share the news that they were expecting their first child

And Halsey also launched About Face Beauty at the start of the new year, a super-inclusive makeup brand that proudly features gender diversity!

Congrats on continuing to live and share your truth, Halsey!
