So many queers and allies are taking the Coachella 2019 stage!
Despite the anti-LGBT reputation of the owner, the infamous Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival just announced its 2019 lineup recently, and so many queer artists and allies are performing! Take a look below!
Janelle Monáe
Our fave pansexual superstar will be performing hits like "Make Me Feel" and "PYNK" on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
The 1975
The 1975, whose frontman Matty Healy came out as being attracted to men (except sexually) in 2018, will be hitting the Coachella stage again on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
BLACKPINK
The K-Pop icons (who have a sizeable LGBT fanbase) will be the first female Korean act to perform at Coachella in the festival's history! They slay the stage on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
Jaden Smith
The rapper/singer, who opened up about his relationship with Tyler, the Creator in 2018, will be peforming on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
Kacey Musgraves
The longtime LGBT ally (and Drag Race All Stars 4 guest judge) will be performing some of her dreamy bops like "Space Cowboy" and "High Horse" on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
SOPHIE
The "It's Okay to Cry" singer-songwriter will be taking to the Coachella stage on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
King Princess
The pop star is gonna show the Coachella crowd why "Pussy Is God" on Fridays, April 12 and April 19.
Christine and the Queens
The queer, French singer-songwriter is performing on Saturdays, April 13 and April 20.
Solange
After her sister annihilated the Coachella stage in 2018, Solange is also ready to slay the damn thing on Saturdays, April 13 and April 20.
Lizzo
To the delight of her massive queer fanbase, the rapper/songwriter will be performing on the Coachella stage on Sundays, April 14 and April 21.
KAYTRANADA
The DJ/producer, who came out as gay in 2016, will be performing tracks like "You're the One" on Sundays, April 14 and April 21.
Blood Orange
Gay singer-songwriter Dev Hynes A.K.A. Blood Orange will be at Coachella on Sundays, April 14 and April 21.
Ariana Grande
Pop princess, fierce LGBT ally, and the singer behind the #1 smash "thank u, next" will be headlinging Coachella on Sundays, April 14 and April 21.
