Christina Aguilera Teamed Up with Drag Race Queens to Slay NYFW
Pop legend Christina Aguilera stunned the crowd at clothing brand Opening Ceremony's runway show during New York Fashion Week this past weekend when she hopped on stage for a surprise performance!
The "Fall In Line" singer and RuPaul's Drag Race season 10 guest judge was joined by some of our fave Drag Race alum, the likes of which included Miss Fame, Jiggly Caliente, Sasha Velour, Shea Couleé, and season 9's resident Xtina lookalike Farrah Moan!
According to Billboard, the ferocious performance came to be thanks to the artistic direction of Drag Race season 10 winner Sasha Velour.
"I think it's been on of the most challenging things I've ever done," Sasha told Billboard. "It is literally a dream come true. It's a testament to what hard work and a very strong point of view of how things should be will lead to eventually."
She continued:
"Drag performers have been seen as a low form of entertainment for a while and to be in this space where we're being treated like valuable performers is world-changing. And I hope that will multiply for everyone—not just for me and this cast, but all of the incredible drag performers out there."
