WATCH: Tori Amos and Her Daughter Sing a Powerful Duet in New Music Video, “Promise”
Looks like Tori's talented gene made it's way to her daughter, Tash.
Tori Amos has released a simple yet stunning music video that features her 13 year old daughter, Tash, in “Promise.”
In a press release, Amos described the experience: “It was really fun to create with her, to talk about relationships between mothers and daughters, and she’s really funny. We have a different kind of relation than we did, because she’s at boarding school, and she’s become very independent. I would say the song takes on all of that relationship.”
“Promise” is a track that appears on Unrepentant Geraldines, the 14th studio album that Amos has released. If that number alone doesn’t impress you, this release was the eighth time an album of Amos’ has debuted in Billboard’s Top 10 by hitting #7 on the chart. The music icon is currently touring the US, and you can check out dates here.
