Over 3,000 participants of The AIDS/LifeCycle are steadily making their way down to Los Angeles from San Francisco’s Cow Palace.
On this third day with 600 volunteers behind them, cyclists have knocked out another 67 miles from their journey traveling from King City to Paso Robles. More than $13 Million has been raised for HIV/AIDS research, treatment and prevention. Over $140 million has been collected since the inception of the event 10 years ago.
To mark the historic anniversary of the official commencement of the ride, 500 participants came together forming a human AIDS ribbon. Check out the time-lapse video below capturing the moment.
