The 14 Hottest Holiday Hunks in Christmas Movies
Get ready to dust off those classic Christmas movies...
Baby, it may be cold outside, but these holiday hunks are bringing the heat!
These leading men are bringing just about as much holiday cheer as we could hope for this holly jolly season. All we want for Christmas is to run into one of these guys under the mistletoe, but we'll take rewatching their classics—new and old—instead.
14. Jude Law in 'The Holiday'
It should be a (Jude) law that we have to revisit this charming, if a little grating and predictable, classic to experience annual the thrill of Jude's jawline and hair-swoop. Why do our Airbnbs never include a random hot brother who hadn't been informed his sister was renting out her home?
13. Bruce Willis in 'Die Hard'
It's a Christmas movie, okay?! It's a Christmas movie with 100% more biceps than most Christmas movies (but about as much Alan Rickman as many Christmas movies), and we wouldn't have it any other way.
12. Denzel Washington in 'The Preacher's Wife'
Denzel Washington plays a literal angel from heaven in this Whitney Houston Christmas classic from 1996, in case you needed any proof that Denzel Washington is a literal angel from heaven.
11. John Payne in 'Miracle on 34th Street'
Miracle on 34th Street taught us two things: Santa Clause is real, and so is our thirst for John Payne. It starts with his charming, winsome portrayal of the aptly named Fred Gailey in the story of Christmas spirit triumphing over corporate greed.
10. Adam Scott in 'Krampus'
Krampus came out in 2015 and leaned a bit on the ill-recieved side (wrongfully, in our Toni Collette-appreciating opinion), but if there's one thing we can all agree on it's that Adam Scott looks like he was born to exist in a cozy winter sweater. He could shake our snowglobe any time.
9. Brad James in 'Marry Me for Christmas'
In this Christmas comedy, Brad James plays a man commissioned by his boss to play her fake fiancé on Christmas so that her pushy family will get off her back about her relationship status. We only wish Brad James could play our fake fiancé too.
8. Adam Goldberg in 'The Hebrew Hammer'
Basically, if you google "Hanukkah movies," you will discover that there are roughly eight that exist (which I can confirm as a Jewish person who thought eight seemed like an exaggeration). But we're going to throw down for the Festival of Lights whichever way we can because Adam Goldberg is a cutie and Hanukkah is pretty badass. Hopefully, one day, Hanukkah movies will maybe even reach a whopping ten count.
7. Jessie T. Usher in 'Almost Christmas'
Almost Christmas is a new Holiday classic, and we'll take any opportunity to see Jessie T. Usher on the screen as often as we can.
6. Rodrigo Santoro in 'Love Actually'
This flawed modern classic has no shortage of men to choose from, but we all know that love actually is Carl, hands down, no argument.
5. James Stewart in 'Shop Around the Corner'
If you don't know Shop Around the Corner, you definitely know You've Got Mail, which is an adaptation of this Christmas gem only it has Jimmy Stewart in all his gangly, slack-jawed glory. He's the dear friend we'd want sending us secret letters, and also the most classic of holiday movie mainstays.
4. James Stewart in 'It's a Wonderful Life'
See? It's a Wonderful Life is about as classic as it gets, and it's also a movie where Jimmy Stewart learns why it's great for him to be alive. We agree.
3. Eddie Cibrian in 'The Best Man Holiday'
A sequel to 1999 film The Best Man, this edition makes a pretty good case that all movies should try having a holiday sequel that also stars Eddie Cibrian. And to top this incredibly cast off, this emotional comedrama will tug at your heartstrings.
2. Taye Diggs in 'The Best Man Holiday'
Didn't believe us about the hot cast thing? The Best Man Holiday also stars Taye Diggs, who brings many of his talents to this picture. If you don't want to watch Taye Diggs dance in what looks like a pleather suit jacket, what are you after?
1. Morris Chestnut in 'The Best Man Holiday'
Did we save Morris Chestnut for last because his last name is thematically on point during the holiday season? Maybe. The Best Man Holiday truly hits their casting and has clearly earned a top spot in your Christmas queue. Have a holly, jolly viewing experience!
