Call Me by Your Name Too?

To the titillation of Call Me by Your Name fans everywhere, the cast and crew of the Oscar-winning gay romance have been hinting at the possibility of a sequel for months.

"I don’t see any world where it doesn't happen," Timothée Chalamet told TIME back in October. "I think [André Aciman] is comfortable with a sequel being made. I know Luca [Guadagnino] really wants it. And I know Armie and I are 1000% in."

Fans got so hyped for the potential continuation, they even started a hashtag to guess hysterical potential titles for the sequel.

"[A] sequel would be wonderful," the book's author André Aciman told Vulture last year. "The problem with a sequel is that you need plot."

Now we can officially say the sequel is in the works! Aciman just confirmed that he's currently writing the next chapter of Elio and Oliver's love story!

"I would actually love a sequel to Call Me by Your Name," Aciman tweeted. "In fact I am writing one."

Twelve minutes later, Armie Hammer chimed in with a "BOOOM!"

No other details about the plot have been revealed (just yet), but suddenly I'm in a mood to dance!
