Irish actor and Fifty Shades franchise star Jamie Dornan talked with Vanity Fair's Paul Chi recently for an interview, and in it, he talk's about Hollywood’s aversion to the D and the double standard women face when it comes to on-screen nudity.
"I do think it’s unfair, I understand why women have an issue with that. I know it’s something that a lot of people have opinion on," he told Vanity Fair about why it seems like men don't have to take their clothes of on set as much as women do. "There’s more of an active taste for women to take their clothes off and be seen as a sex object. That can be gratuitous and I don’t agree with that."
While his thoughts regarding inequality with film nudity are enough for us to nod our heads in approval of Jamie, when asked whether we’d see Christian Grey’s peen in Fifty Shades Darker, he only coyly had this to say: “I can’t even remember...tt was so long ago. Two weeks ago we finished.”[iframe https://giphy.com/embed/xT9DPCPpk6fKrnhiKc allowfullscreen="" class=^{{"giphy-embed"}}^ frameborder="0" height="350" scrolling="no" width="633"]
