CMT’s Hot 20 Countdown host Cody Alan took to Instagram today to announce that he and longtime boyfriend Trea Smith are engaged!
The country crooner spoke exclusively to People saying, “I was anxious about the moment…I told him how much I loved him, and with a few tears and a crack in my voice, I gave him the ring and asked him to marry me. Lucky for me, he said yes!”
If you couldn’t tell from the above how just picture perfect this match is, apparently the two met because of the Queen of Country herself.
“We met at a Carrie Underwood concert I was hosting,” Cody said. “Carrie, she’s like cupid to us—but with much better legs!”
HOW DOES IT GET MORE PERFECT THAN THAT?!
