Shot of The Day: Gigi, Daughter of Hong Kong Mogul Who Tried to Pay Her Way Straight

Hey remember last year, when that ridiculously rich guy from Hong Kong, Cecil Chao Sze-tung offered to pay $65 million to any man in the world who would marry his lesbian daughter Gigi Chao to turn her straight?

Gigi Chao, of course, had already eloped with her partner Sean Eav seven years ago, but "Whatevs, I do what I want, I'm rich," Cecil said (we're pretty sure that was the exact wording).

While Sasha Baron Cohen is busy taking on her story, Gigi Chao's now on the cover of the Hong Kong Tatler, looking like the stunning power lesbian heiress that she is. She said she needed to pay people to field the 20,000 Facebook friend requests and emailed proposals, which were totally inspired by love and so not for money. She received letters from war veterans, gay men, and even George Clooney’s former body double, the Tatler reports. And, (creeper alert) one guy wrote her a letter every day for five months, detailing every erotic fantasy he could think up. Best of all, though, was a woman from Mainland China who offered her own husband.
