He's won over our heads and hearts!
EDM lovers and music aficionados can't get enough of Joel Corry. The DJ has topped the charts around the world with his hit songs and he's performed at some of the biggest stages in Ibiza, Las Vegas, New York City, and many more.
With the past three years elevating Corry's career to all-new heights, the star is now gearing up to release his debut album, Another Friday Night, coming out October 6.
"I've been putting out music for years and years just with this dream in my mind. Since then, I'm living my dream right now. This is a body of work after five years of nonstop work. The buildup for this album is going to be so much fun. Watch this space! More bangers are coming," Corry tells PRIDE.
The record will include Corry's biggest bops like "Head & Heart (feat. MNEK)," "HISTORY (feat. Becky Hill)," "What Would You Do? (feat. David Guetta & Bryson Tiller), "OUT OUT (feat. Charli XCX & Saweetie)," and a few unreleased new songs as well.
One of those unreleased songs is his brand new track with Rita Ora titled "Drinkin'," which he just performed with Ora during his residency in Ibiza.
"I've known her for a few years now. She's an absolute legend. She came out on stage and absolutely owned it! I haven't heard Ibiza scream that loud before. I've been working on this song for over a year now. It feels like a very instant record. We're going to have a great couple of months ahead together."
With Corry's new single with Rita Ora out next Friday, the DJ is hoping to add another banger to his list of summer hits following the success of his latest song "0800 HEAVEN," which he collaborated with Nathan Dawe and Ella Henderson on.
"That's been the summer banger for me! We released that early summer and it's just exploded over here in the UK and Europe. I've seen the American crowds reacting to it as well. To see it crossing it into the States as well is absolutely great. It's a match made in heaven!"
As the star continues to drop more bangers and perform at bigger festivals around the globe, including EDC and Life is Beautiful in Las Vegas, Corry is beyond grateful that his career has taken off since 2019.
"I've always kept myself really grounded. I don't let myself get carried away at all. I still feel like I haven't made it. I feel like I could lose it any minute, so I have to keep focused and stay on track. I've always had that mentality. There's moments I reflect and the next day, I'm back to work! The last three years have been a dream come true."
