This is the sizzling chemistry we love to see!
Danny Pellegrino is bringing more queer joy into everyone's homes this holiday season with his adorable new film Deck the Walls on Hallmark Channel.
With only a handful of LGBTQ+ holiday movies coming out this year, Pellegrino is grateful that people can see his queer storyline play out in the rom-com.
"I'm so thrilled. This year, it feels like there's not a lot of [LGBTQ+ films] unfortunately. I feel very honored to have a little LGBTQ+ romance in our movie. I'm proud of it. The LGBTQ+ audience will enjoy," Pellegrino tells PRIDE.
It's refreshing to see Elder, a very talented queer actor, play a gay role on a major network. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes.
Pellegrino is hoping fans will resonate with the characters on Deck the Walls so a potential sequel could explore this LGBTQ+ romance even further.
"He's so handsome and such a stud. Our characters have a little love-hate situation. I was so honored to get to work with Clay. I really want us to get a good kiss in the sequel. We need a Deck the Walls sequel for sure."
Deck the Walls is airing now on Hallmark Channel and streaming on Peacock. To see the full interview with Danny Pellegrino, check out the video at the top of the page.
