While the Marvel Cinematic Universe's popular films leave A LOT to be desired when it comes to on-screen LGBTQ+ representation, at least queer nerds can feel seen and represented in the pages of Marvel's comic books! As a matter of fact, the fourth and latest issue of the Avengers x Fantastic Four crossover Empyre series gives us the gay superhero wedding we've been waiting for our whole lives!

According to a report from Comic Book Resources, two of Marvel's fan-favorite Young Avengers members—Hulkling and Wiccan—finally tied the knot!

For those unfamiliar with the characters, Hulkling (or Theodore "Teddy" Altman) is a canonically queer Kree hero who made their first appearance in the Young Avengers comic in 2005. Rumor has it that he will be making an appearance in the upcoming Captain Marvel film sequel, and he is in a romantic relationship with his fiancé (now husband)/fellow Young Avenger Wiccan (aka William "Billy" Kaplan) and their pairing is a favorite amongst many LGBTQ+ comic fans.

As expected, queer comic book stans were freaking the eff out at the reveal!
