This year's Anime Expo—one of North America's biggest fan conventions bringing together anime lovers from all over the world—took place over the weekend in Downtown Los Angeles, and despite summer's triple digit temperatures, fans showed up in droves and showed off some seriously fierce and fantastical cosplay looks.
