While all the fanboy manbabies cry about how the titular superhero in Netflix's upcoming She-Ra reboot isn't "sexy" enough (how is that even possible since it's a kids show?!), we'll be freaking out about how cool, badass, empowering, and progressive the series is sure to be!

According to a recent report by Den of Geek, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is confirmed to have explicitly queer characters! During a panel at this year's New York Comic Con (which is currently going on this weekend) actress Aimee Carrero (who voices Adora/She-Ra herself) was asked who some of her fave characters in the show were. She replied saying that Bow's (one of She-Ra's superhero friends) dads were two of her favorites.

Although much else still isn't known about the series, we're glad LGBT people, especially the kids for whom She-Ra is marketed to, will get to see a little bit of themselves on screen!

Watch the first trailer for She-Ra and the Princesses of Power in the video below!
