12 Steamy Self-Portraits by Out Artist Freddy Krave

Photographer Orlando Luca, who you might know by the name Freddy Krave, is in the business of making you drool. His latest project, “The Secret Journal of Freddy Krave Vol. III: Boys & Girls,” was revealed yesterday, just in time to satisfy your holiday cravings. Just for you, we've procured some exclusive images from the photographer himself.

If you’ve seen Krave’s photography, you’ve also likely seen him. He’s a fan of the self-portrait, and we are not complaining. The smoky-eyed 23-year-old can do whatever the hell he wants. And he does. “I just do what I want,” he told The Advocate in 2014.

In the past, Krave’s work often utilized a signature white background to create a stark contrast, drawing the eye to his invariably fascinating subjects. While it looks like some of the portraits included in this collection follow in that fashion, Krave also uses bedroom and nature scenes to frame his latest boys and girls.

His new collection includes 40 portraits, some of which include explicit content, according to Krave’s recent Facebook posts. We're keeping it relatively safe for work here; for more bare portraits, you’ll have to purchase your very own copy of his work.

In this volume, Krave features Alex Naldi, Italian art historian Enrico Desiderio, and the utterly bootylicious @instabbasta. If you’ve never been to Italy, these three are reason enough to go. And yes, Italians generally like Americans.

As per the title, Krave also included some lovely humans of the XY chromosome, who are stunning in their own right.
