We are suddenly very invested in The Traitors UK season three.
Minor spoilers ahead.
The new season of the hit reality series kicked off last night and introduced audiences to Leanne Quigley, this Sapphic and savvy queen, who may not have been selected as one of the Traitors but that doesn't mean she isn't playing a bit of a shady game.
This queer contestant revealed she is playing a few major details about her life close to the vest. While the rest of the cast thinks she is a nail tech, she's actually an army veteran. But hey at least the nail salon is real — it just happens to be her partner Sophie’s business.

Not only are we loving Leanne for the way she is playing the game, but she opened up about what she plans to do with the money when (manifesting) and if (lets be real) she wins, she plans to expand her family, using the money for IVF.
“I went through IVF with my boys, and I was very poorly throughout my pregnancy, and then I went into early labor at six months. The boys were only 26 weeks when they were born. Because I was so poorly at the time I feel I missed out on enjoying that newborn stage,” she said.
“I’m so so grateful to have them, and I’m so lucky that they’re alive. When they did come home from hospital after three months, they come home on oxygen, and it was a struggle to take them out.
“I would love the opportunity to have another baby, hopefully have a bit of a better experience. And to make our family a bit bigger.”
If Leanne does win (fingers crossed) it will prove to be a bit of a full circle moment for the couple who watched the first season while Leanne was pregnant and thought the show looked fun and her partner thought she would be a perfect fit for the cast because she can get away with a lot.
Looks like that assertion is going to be put to the test this season. We’re rooting for you queen!
