OnlyFans is evolving.
Since its initial launch in 2021, OnlyFans TV (OFTV) has been investing in more original content that is considered “safe for work.”
Even though OnlyFans is best known as a platform for adult content shared by amateur models, OFTV is focused on non-explicit original series featuring celebrities and influencers. High-profile celebs who have created original content and shows for OFTV include Whitney Cummings, Bert Kreischer, Rebecca Minkoff, London Hughes, Tyler Posey, and Holly Madison.
Upcoming original shows on OFTV range from comedy to cooking to reality TV. On LMAOF, “up-and-coming comedians from OnlyFans hit the stage for a night of live comedy. Each episode features a new city, new comedians, and new exclusive content.” Meanwhile, This Is Fire is a reality series where eight contestants test their culinary skills for a chance to win $20,000. There is also Creative Fund: Comedy Edition, a competition where “ambitious and up-and-coming creators showcase their talents to an all-star panel of hosts and judges.”
Per a release, OnlyFans TV is described as a “free, safe for work streaming service that provides premium original content across comedy, cooking, music, etc.” These original OFTV shows are LGBTQ-inclusive and feature queer creators on several different projects.
OnlyFans is aiming to become a platform for all kinds of content – explicit or otherwise. Here’s to hoping that the platform will keep greenlighting exciting new LGBTQ+ projects!
