The wait for season four of the animated series is almost over.
Harley Quinn fans have been eagerly awaiting the show’s fourth season, and it looks like the wait is almost over.
A press release from Warner Bros. Discovery previewing the upcoming adult animation slate for the newly rebranded Max platform included an announcement that Harley Quinn would return to the small screen this summer.

The raunchy, sapphic animated series wrapped up its third season last September, which was followed by a special Valentine’s Day episode in February. The fourth season renewal was announced before season three finished airing, although Warner Bros. Discovery’s hacking and slashing of both its existing and announced programming following the merger last spring has left fans anxious about putting faith in the company to release even promised shows and movies.
The ongoing changes to the DCU have only added to the uncertainty, although DC Studios co-heads James Gunn and Peter Safran have both expressed support for Harley Quinn in the past.
Whether any of this will translate to a fifth season of the popular series, of course, remains to be seen.
The show’s spin-off, Kite Man: Hell Yeah!, was also mentioned in Warner Bros. Discovery’s press release, as was the upcoming second season of controversial Scooby-Doo ‘verse animated series Velma, although no release window was given for either show.
DC fans are also still waiting for word on when the second half of the final season of Doom Patrolwill air on Max, following the recent final episodes of Titansin May.
