This is giving fuel to ongoing speculation that the two are more than just friends.

Kyle Richards is making a bold new choice considering the recent internet speculation about her love life, and appearing as the love interest in Morgan Wade’s upcoming music video for “Fall in Love With Me.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared the news to Instagram over the weekend, alongside a video of behind-the-scenes clips and fascinating banter between her and the musician that isn’t really helping convince people they aren’t dating.

“I’ve done several music videos and every time when there’s someone’s in it with me, they assume we’re dating, or we’re, you know, something’s going on,” Wade explained. “If you get on the internet, you see people are obsessed with us being friends, and why we’re friends, and you know, why I would be friends with you.”

“Excuse me, they want to know why I’m friends with you, too,” Richards interjected.

“But we thought it would be, you know, kind of a good idea to kind of poke fun at that,” Wade continued. “Kinda troll the trolls a little bit. Internet’s gonna be popping off about this one, I’m sure.”

“If they’re going to talk, you might as well give them something to talk about,” Richards said.

And people certainly have been talking about the unlikely camaraderie between the two. Back in July, the Halloween actress responded to the ongoing speculation that she was romantically involved with Wade following her rumored split from Mauricio Umansky, which she has also denied.

"We are very good friends," she told paparazzi, before confirming that the rumors of a relationship were just that—rumors.

If they really are just friends, poking fun at the rumors by appearing as love interests together in a music video is definitely a cute and fun way to tell everyone they aren’t bothered by what the world thinks. But watching their interaction in the clips shared probably isn’t convincing anyone there’s nothing going on between them the way they had hoped it would.

Either way, we look forward to scoping out the music video, premiering August 10.
