The trailer for Totally Killer is here and this time-traveling slasher horror comedy just shot to the top of our spooky season must-see list!

From out director Nahnatchka Khan (Always Be My Maybe) and starring Kiernan Shipka and Olivia Holt this film picks up 35 years after a shocking slasher killer spree of three teen girls in the ’80s known as the “Sweet Sixteen Killer.” Seventeen-year-old Jamie (Shipka), whose mother was the sole survivor of the incident never imagined that the killer would return on Halloween night to claim his fourth victim. So Jamie ignores her overprotective mother’s (Julie Bowen) warnings about masked maniacs and regrets it when she suddenly comes face-to-face with the knife-wielding killer. Running for her life Jamie accidently time-travels to 1987, the year of the original killings. Not only does she have to contend with the soon-to-happen killing spree but with the unfamiliar and outrageous culture of the 1980s. To stop the killer Jamie teams up with her teen mother (Holt) to try and take down the killer and stop the killings from ever happening — and hopefully escape the 80s in the process.
