Élite fans are going to be fanning themselves when they catch a peak of Omar Ayuso's new feature film!
Earlier this week the Spanish hottie shared a first-look image of his upcoming film On The Go. In it, the openly gay actor plays Jonathan who’s dealing with his abandonment issues by exploring the world of hookup culture on Grindr.
And by the looks of the images he posted to Instagram, it’s going to have fans drooling.
Ayuso made it big by playing gay high school student Omar Shanaa on Netflix’s hit show Élite. The actor is no stranger to spicy scenes — Élite is full of them! — but if the first-look images are any indication, he may go even farther in the Spanish-language film.
The other images won’t get you hot under the collar, but instead, show his character having a blast on a road trip with friends. According to the film's description, it’s “a delirious road movie, full of music, where a mysterious mermaid with a magic crown will set the course of the journey.”
The film promises sexy debauchery, but also a sketchy road trip that finds Ayuso’s character waving a gun in the trailer.

On The Go is set to premier at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival and also stars Chacha Huang, Jordi Roig, and Julia de Castro, who co-directed the film alongside María Royo.
You’re going to be seeing a lot more of Ayuso because although he left Élite by the end of season five, he’s set to reprise his role in season seven which wrapped filming in March. He’s also currently filming six episodes of Yo, Adicto for Disney+ and is attached to projects Los Farad and Les Paradis de Diane.
