Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) star Kyle Richards has put an end to the speculation surrounding her relationship with country singer Morgan Wade, affirming that they are simply "very good friends."

This clarification comes following Richards' recent separation from her husband of 27 years, Mauricio Umansky (via People). While the couple has been living separately for some time, they remain on amicable terms, according to a source close to them.

Addressing the rumors of her romantic involvement with Wade, Richards took to Instagram to confirm that the reports of her impending divorce were unfounded. She emphasized that there had been no wrongdoing on anyone's part and urged people not to create false narratives.

"In regards to the news that came out about us today... Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue," Richards wrote in the Instagram post. "However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative."

Richards and Umansky, who share three children together, have been an integral part of the Real Housewives franchise since its inception in 2010. Amidst the news of her separation, speculation about Richards' relationship with Wade intensified.

However, in a video obtained by Page Six, Richards firmly denied any romantic involvement with Wade while leaving a restaurant in West Hollywood.

When asked if the rumors were just speculation, Richards responded with a resolute "Yes." Furthermore, she revealed that she shares matching tattoos with Wade, but clarified that he is not the only person she has such a connection with, gesturing to her friend and former RHOBH co-star Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave.

As fans eagerly await the upcoming season 13 of RHOBH, which was filmed earlier this year, they can expect some mention of Richards and Umansky's separation. The show's host, Andy Cohen, confirmed on his SiriusXM show Radio Andy that the couple's marital struggles would be addressed "in some way, shape or form" during the season.

As of now, no official release date for the new season has been announced.
