It's the meme that we can't get enough of.

If you haven't seen the viral moment where Tracy E. Gilchrist is "holding space" with Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande during their interview for Wicked, then you need to get the 411.

Since the hilarious clip took over everyone's social media, many queer celebrities and allies gathered in Los Angeles to celebrate the Out100's 30th anniversary and reveal how they're "holding space."

Moments before Sheryl Lee Ralph accepted her prestigious award for Advocate of the Year, the Abbott Elementary actress shared her signature wisdom on the red carpet.

"I'm holding space for more appreciation. I'm holding space for people to open up their hearts and to make space for all of us in all of our differences," Sheryl Lee Ralph tells Out.

Ralph's Elementary costar Lisa Ann Walter echoed a similar sentiment as the new year quickly approaches.

"I'm holding space for patience and kindness. If the kindness doesn't work, I will be opening up my big mouth and holding space for badassery," Walter says.

Out100 honoree Margaret Cho had her witty response ready to go as she referenced all of the discourse online over Luigi Mangione, the very handsome suspected killer of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.

"We're holding space for those eyebrows! That body! Those abs. Of course, murder is wrong, but he's so fine though! We're all one country when it comes to dick. When a man is fine, he's fine," Cho shares.
