Jennifer Coolidge Channels Power Rangers For Insane W Magazine Spread

Jennifer Coolidge has teamed up with Everything Everywhere All at Once directors Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert for the epic, camp photoshoot of our dreams.
Aptly titled “Coolidge vs. Haute Squad 5: Attack on Neo Runway City—Jennifer Reborn,” the new W Magazine spread channels Power Rangers-core for an intergalactic duel in the desert. Following the success of The Daniel's critically acclaimed film and Tanya in White Lotus, the two wanted to combine their powers for something silly.
“There is so much pressure around Everything Everywhere All at Once, so our impulse for this shoot was to do the opposite,” explained Scheinert. “Not only do I really just want to dress up as a monster—I want to get our friends together, play with cardboard props, and go out to the desert.”

The spread features dozens of photos of Coolidge in various outfits and getups looking positively villainous. She had the time of her life on the off-kilter set.
"The film business tires people out. But I swear to god, I felt like I was getting together with little kids,” she said. “They were like these sort of child prodigies who are super, super smart and just super creative. I’ve never been asked to do a shoot like this: I have weapons, take down small cities, pick up cars and throw them. I don’t know if I will ever be this surprised again. It was one of the best things I have ever been involved in.”

The Coolidge Renaissance is in full effect!
No! Though the two were romantically linked at one point in time, Coolidge is not currently married and is believed to be single.
Coolidge confirmed in an interview that she is related to the late President, though it's not clear if she's joking. "I am related to President Calvin Coolidge. I'm his sixth cousin twice removed," she said.
Coolidge dips in and out of the voice, though it seems like it does occasionally come naturally to her.
