The one and only Elton John concluded his farewell tour at the Dodger Stadium last night and brought out a slew of guests for the beautiful sendoff.
Donned in a robed version of his iconic 1975 sequined Dodger's baseball uniform, the living legend performed a three-hour show that streamed live on Disney+. The 75-year-old singer performed the classics like "Tiny Dancer", "Bennie and the Jets", and "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" alongside duets like "Cold Heart", "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" and "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me", where he brought out Dua Lipa, Kiki Dee and Brandi Carlile respectively.
Paul McCartney, Billie Jean King, H.E.R., Angela Bassett, Jojo Siwa, Donatella Versace, Mick Jagger, Joni Mitchell, and so many more were in the audience for the epic night, as well as actor Taron Egerton, who played the singer in the 2019 film Rocketman.
According to WhatsOnDisneyPlus, John performed 183 shows across the United States and Canada and his final Dodger Stadium performances this past weekend were attended by more than 140,000 fans. The entire set aired live on Disney+ last night and is still available to stream for subscribers. While the North American tour has concluded, John heads to Australia next January for more magic.
